What are the advantages of being a Atlético de Madrid member?

Most of all, it means being part of your club, it means belonging to the big athletic family and, as the years go by, you gain a seniority as a member that gives you certain privileges over the newer members. In addition, you may enjoy many benefits and advantages such as a gift voucher to be spent in shops or on tickets, a 48-hour preferential ticket purchase for all home matches at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, ticket discounts, the option to book tickets for away matches, a 10% discount in the official club shops, a 50% off in Atleti Tour & Museum to go on the stadium tour and visit the museum, etc.

Do all members have the same benefits?

Yes, all members (both season-ticket holding members and non-season ticket holding members) from the same category have a common package where they share the same advantages and benefits that they may enjoy throughout the year. In some cases, and even if some members have the same rights, your seniority as a member shall give you a certain priority to access to certain advantages before other members (as for example, buying final game tickets or booking tickets for away games).

What is the gift voucher?

The gift voucher is an amount of money that members* have and can be used in any of the club's physical stores, in the online store or for the purchase of tickets for home matches of Atlético de Madrid's men's first team at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano.

You will be able to use the Gift Voucher directly in your purchase process. In our physical stores in the Community of Madrid, all you have to do is show your membership card, ID card and ask for the Gift Voucher at the cashier's desk. If, on the other hand, you make an online purchase process (tickets or online store), select the products of your order and before making the payment, in your purchase summary, you will be able to apply the promotions that you have active. When you select your Gift Voucher, the amount will be automatically deducted from your purchase before making the payment.

In addition, the use of the Gift Voucher is compatible and cumulative with the permanent 10% discount that members have in stores throughout the season, and also with the discounts that members have on match tickets.

* Not applicable for junior members.

When can I use the gift voucher?

All new memberships for the year 2026 (starting from December 1, 2025) may redeem the Gift Voucher until December 31, 2026. For members who joined before December 1, 2025 and have not yet used their Gift Voucher, the redemption period is extended untilDecember 31, 2026.

The gift voucher is for single use and cannot be split up or redeemed for cash, nor can multiple gift vouchers be combined in one transaction.

If I can't go to the Riyadh Air Metropolitano fixtures, on what can I spend the gift voucher?

You can use it to buy products in any of the club's physical shops or in the online shop. In addition, the use of the gift voucher is also compatible with and can be used in conjunction with the regular 10% discount that members enjoy in the shops for the whole season.

Will I continue to receive the gift voucher upon renewal of my membership subscription?

Yes, all members* (both season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders) will receive a new gift voucher when renewing their membership subscription, for the corresponding amount for their membership categories (30 euros for adults, 15 euros for juniors and 10 euros for children).

* Not applicable for Benjamin members.

If I use the Gift Voucher to buy tickets, can it be used in combination with the membership discount?

Yes, both discounts are cumulative. Members have the possibility to buy discounted tickets. When you go to buy a ticket, you can apply the member discount as well as the Gift Voucher for the same ticket.

For which matches can I use the gift voucher?

In any of the matches of any competition of the first men’s team that Atlético de Madrid plays as locals at Riyadh Air Metropolitano during the season (except for finals). You can use it in all league matches (including those against FC Barcelona and Real Madrid), in European competitions, and in the Copa del Rey fixtures.

You will also be able to pick the area of the stadium in where you wish to enjoy the game, as you can choose a seat from among all the available ones in the stadium (those that are not occupied by season ticket holders and those that, although belonging to a season ticket holder, have been made available due to the fact that he or she won’t be attending the game). This way, if you have a friend or relative who is already a season ticket holder, you will have the possibility to use the gift voucher to book a ticket in the same seat as them, or at least as close as reasonably possible, depending on the availability at the time. By doing so, it is possible for you to enjoy the event together.

How much will I pay for a ticket if I use the gift voucher?

It would depend on the game you choose and the area of the stadium where you want to watch it. In some cases, you can even get a ticket for free.

For example, if you are an adult member with a gift voucher of 30 euros, you can use it to purchase a ticket for an amount less than or equal to 30 euros and, as a result, the match will be for free. Or, alternatively, if you wish, you can buy a ticket for a higher amount, for example, for a value of 35 euros, and apply the 30 euros that you have already included in your gift voucher, so that the ticket will only cost you 5euros (the difference between the price of the ticket and the money that you have in your Gift Voucher).

Is there any risk that the cheapest tickets will be sold out before members can buy them?

No, as members always have a period of 48 hours in which only they can buy tickets, before tickets go on sale to the general public. This is a member privilege that applies to all matches across all competitions.

If I bought a ticket with my membership discount, do I need to print it out?

No. If you have already bought your ticket on our official website, all you need to do is download the ticket on your mobile phone and show it at the access control.

As a member, can I buy a ticket in the South End Lower Stand?

Yes, only club members (except for junior members) can purchase tickets in the South End Lower Stand. These tickets are personal and cannot be transferred, so ID cards will be required at the entrance turnstiles.

How can I buy more than one ticket with a membership discount?

A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per transaction and the discount will be applied based on the number of members identified.

In order to validate other members in the purchase process, they must log in to "My Account" on their own, request a member code and then provide it to the member in charge of the ticket purchase.

The member in charge of the ticket acquisition must log in with their credentials in the ticket section of the website and then validate the member codes in the section "Click here to add the accompanying member codes".

I have limited mobility. How can I get a ticket if I am going to the match in a wheel chair?

Those with restricted mobility or who use a wheelchair should email inclusion@atleticodemadrid.com to receive information on available match tickets.

When is the membership subscription renewed?

Membership fees will be renewed a few weeks before the end of each calendar year, in November–December, with the corresponding amount charged by direct debit

How can I change my bank account details or update other personal data?

If you would like to change your bank account details or update your personal details (i.e. you have changed your address, have a new mobile phone number or a new email address), you can do so in My Account, under the "Your details" section.

Remember that the club exclusively sends all communications to members via e-mail, so it is very important that we keep your e-mail address up to date at all times.

How can I get a season ticket at the stadium?

There are currently no season tickets available for the 2026/27 season, and the waiting list is full. As a result, we are no longer accepting new registrations.

As an alternative way to enjoy Atlético de Madrid matches, we offer club members the following options:

‍10-Match Pack: Purchase here a 10-match pack and choose the LaLiga matches you would like to attend (excluding Real Madrid and FC Barcelona), as well as your preferred seating area (upper tier, middle tier, or lower tier), while saving up to 17%.

If I am a season-ticket holder, when are the membership fee and the football season ticket renewed?

Membership status corresponds to the full calendar year and will be renewed a few weeks before the end of each calendar year. In November–December, members will renew their fee for the following calendar year.

Season tickets, as always, will continue to be renewed as soon as each sporting season ends, that is, at the end of May each year. During the first five days of June, the amount for the season ticket for the following season will be charged to the bank account. Any credit you have accumulated from successfully releasing your seat for resale during the previous season will be deducted from the amount due before the payment is processed, if applicable.

This system is more advantageous for those who hold a season ticket to attend matches at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium, as it separates by several months the time when the membership fee is charged (November–December) from when season tickets are renewed (May–June)

Frecuently asked questions for members with season tickets at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano

When are football season tickets due to be renewed for the following season?

Season tickets are automatically renewed by direct debit as soon as each sporting season ends, that is, at the end of May each year. During the first five days of June, the amount for the season ticket for the following season will be charged to the bank account, after first deducting any amount accumulated from season-ticket transfers during the season that has just finished, if applicable.

All season-ticket-holding members have a data-modification period prior to the renewal date of their season tickets, during which they can inform the club if they wish to modify any aspect related to their ticket for the following season, such as the payment method or the season-ticket type (League Pass or Full Pass), among others.

It is important to note that payment of the season ticket alone does not guarantee access to the stadium if the corresponding membership fee has not been settled. In such cases, the validity of the season ticket will be suspended until the membership fee is paid, as it is an essential requirement for activation.

What payment methods does the club accept for football season tickets?

The payment method for the 2026/27 season ticket may be modified until next Friday, May 29.

In general, season-ticket holders can choose from one of the following three payment options, depending on the type of season ticket purchased, whether a League Season Ticket or a Full Season Ticket:

- Single Payment: The season ticket is paid in a single installment. For renewals, payment is made via direct debit within the timeframe indicated by the club, and for new subscriptions, payment can be made by credit/debit card or in cash at the time of selecting the season ticket.

- Split Payment: Payment is divided into 2 installments of the same amount. The first installment is charged between June 1–5 for renewals, and the second installment is charged exclusively via bank account between October 1–5. New subscriptions must be paid by credit/debit card or in cash at the time of selecting the season ticket.

- Financed Payment: CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U., the consumer credit entity of the CaixaBank Group, offers the possibility to comfortably pay for the season ticket in 10 interest-free monthly installments APR 0%*.

How can I change my bank account or update other personal details?

If you wish to change your bank account or update your personal details (i.e. because you have changed your address, have a new mobile phone number or a new email address), you may do this on My Account.

Your personal information can be modified from the "Your details" section of the My Account page on the club's website or in the app.

Please note that the club sends all communications to members by e-mail only, so it is very important that we have your e-mail address up to date at all times.

I have lost my membership card, what should I do?

If you already had a physical season ticket card for the 2025/26 season, you must visit the Atlético Services Office with your ID card to apply for a new one. If you cannot come in person, you can give your authorization to another person in a written document with a photocopy of your ID card.

The first copy has a cost of €5 and after the second copy onwards the cost of the same will be €10.

In the event of robbery, a police complaint must be filed, making the copy free of charge. If the copy is required due to deterioration of the card, you must present the original damaged card.

What is the difference between a LaLiga season ticket and a Full season ticket?

I want to change the location of my season ticket at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano. What do I need to do?

Before the season ticket renewal period for the following season begins, season ticket holders who wish to change their seat may submit a request through their Personal Area.

Once the application period has closed, the club will review all requests received and, subject to seat availability, will inform the supporters' club coordinator whether the requested seat change can be accommodated.

In all cases, to be eligible for a seat change, you must first renew your current season ticket. The club reserves the right not to open or to suspend the seat change process at any time due to force majeure or any other circumstances.

If I do not wish to renew my season ticket for the next season, would I lose my seniority as a member of Atleti?

Not necessarily. If you have already paid your membership subscription, you will keep your seniority and the benefits associated with it. If you decide not to renew your season ticket, however, you will lose the season ticket seat you had at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, which will automatically be made available for sale to anyone else.

Which season ticket will I use to enter the stadium in the 2026/27 season?

You will enter using the same season ticket card you had during the 2025/26 season, i.e., the one with Forlán’s image on the back. You will not receive a new physical season ticket and must continue using last season’s pass, whether in physical form or in its digital versions (QR code and Wallet).

Only season ticket holders who have changed category (for example, children moving to youth status, or youths becoming adults), and who have changed seat location in the stadium, will receive a new season ticket.

If I am anew season ticket holder, which pass will I use in 2026/27?

If you became a new season ticket holder for the 2026/27 season, your season ticket will be 100% digital (QR code or Wallet) and you will not receive a physical card. You will be able to access the stadium using your mobile phone by presenting your season ticket at the turnstiles.

What is there commended way to access the stadium with my season ticket?

The best option is to have your season ticket downloaded to your mobile phone’s Wallet. It is the safest method, it will continue working even if there is no mobile orWi-Fi coverage when entering, and access is faster since you only need to place your phone over the reader located on top of the turnstile.

When will I receive a new season ticket card?

For the2026/27 season, you will not receive a new season ticket card unless you have changed category or seat location. You will continue using the same season ticket as last season.

However, inJanuary, all club members (both season ticket holders and non-season ticket members) will receive a new membership card for the 2027 calendar year, provided they have renewed their membership for that year (membership fees are scheduled to be charged in November 2026).

This new membership card will feature Griezmann’s image, in recognition of his becoming the highest goalscorer in Atlético de Madrid’s history.

As club membership is linked to the calendar year rather than the sporting season, all membership numbers will be updated before the end of each calendar year. Therefore, your new membership card will display your new membership number. After paying your 2027 membership renewal in November 2026, you will receive your new membership number and member card in January 2027.

Are there any mandatory conditions regarding the use of season tickets?

Yes. New for the 2026/27 season, minimum attendance requirements have been introduced, along with the obligation to release your seat if your season ticket will not be used for a match.

When renewing or purchasing a season ticket, you were required to expressly accept these new rules.

Which season ticket holders are subject to these new attendance and seat-release rules?

These rules apply to all General Admission and General Admission Plus season ticket holders, regardless of stadium location and regardless of ticket type (FullSeason Ticket or League Season Ticket).

They also apply to special categories, such as lifetime season ticket holders, senators, youth season ticket holders, and child season ticket holders.

Only season tickets for persons with reduced mobility (PRM) and their companions are exempt and subject to a different regime.

Is it mandatory to use my season ticket for a minimum number of matches?

Yes. The requirement is to use your season ticket for at least 10 matches during the season. This represents approximately 40% of the matches included in the Full Season Ticket and 50% of those included in the League Season Ticket.

“Using the season ticket” includes attending the match and having the ticket scanned at the turnstiles, whether you attend personally or another trusted person uses your season ticket after you physically lend or digitally transfer it.

Is the minimum of 10 matches the same for the League Season Ticket and the Full SeasonTicket?

Yes. Both ticket types require a minimum use of 10 matches per season. Although the FullSeason Ticket includes more matches, the attendance requirement is the same.

Do I personally have to attend those 10 matches?

Not necessarily. “Using the season ticket” includes attendance and successful scanning at the turnstiles, whether by you or by another trusted person to whom you have lent your season ticket.

I forgot my season ticket at home and my phone battery is dead. How can I enter the stadium and how will my attendance be recorded?

No Atlético supporter will be left outside the Riyadh Air Metropolitano because of a mistake like this.Go to theIncident Office (opposite Gate 17) from the moment the stadium gates open and present your ID. A ticket for that match will be printed for you so that you can enter through your usual gate.

Once you enter through the turnstile, your attendance will be recorded correctly as if you had entered with your season ticket.You may request up to 3 reprints per season in these situations.

I am a child season ticket holder and my season ticket is non-transferable. Do I still have to attend at least 10 matches?

Yes. The minimum attendance requirement applies to all season ticket holders, including children.

Since child season tickets are non-transferable, only the child named on the ticket may use it. It may not be lent or transferred to anyone else.

In addition, for every match you do not attend, you must release the seat assigned to that child season ticket so the club can sell it to another person.

What happens if I do not comply with the minimum attendance requirement of 10 matches?

If your season ticket is not used in at least 10 matches (whether La Liga, ChampionsLeague or Copa del Rey), you will not have met the requirement and unfortunately will not be able to renew your season ticket for the following season.

You may, however, remain a club member without holding a season ticket and purchase discounted member tickets for individual matches.

How can I allow another person to use my season ticket?

This is called “transferring your season ticket.

”You may hand over the physical card in person or transfer it digitally by sharing yourQR code.

A new feature will soon allow you to generate a digital ticket for a specific match and send it directly from your mobile phone, avoiding the need to share screenshots or photos of your QR code.

When can I transfer my season ticket to someone else?

We recommend only transferring your season ticket once the final match schedule has been confirmed, you are certain you will not attend, and you know exactly who will use it.

If I transfer my season ticket to a friend but they do not attend the match, will it count as attendance?

No. The season ticket will not have been used and the seat will remain empty.

Attendance is only counted when the season ticket is actually scanned at the turnstiles.

You remain responsible for ensuring that the season ticket is used at least 10 times during the season.

I have a season ticket in the Lower South Stand. Can I transfer it?

Season tickets in this area are now transferable. However, for safety reasons they may only be transferred to another Atlético de Madrid member, and that member must identify themselves using their ID at the access gates.

A specific transfer procedure for this area will be communicated directly to affected season ticket holders.

Likewise, released seats in this area may only be purchased by Atlético members.

If neither I nor anyone else will use my season ticket for a match, must I release my seat?

Yes. In addition to the minimum-use requirement, it is mandatory to release the seat whenever the season ticket will not be used by anyone.

If the seat is sold by the club, you may receive up to 65% of the sale price as a credit.

The service previously known as “season ticket assignment” is now called “Seat Release” for greater clarity.

Is releasing my seat mandatory if I will not use my season ticket?

Yes. For every match, the season ticket must either:

- Be used by you,
- Be transferred to another person, or
- Have its seat released for sale.

These measures aim to keep all seats occupied and preserve the Atlético atmosphere in the stadium.

Are there any exceptions if I forget to release my seat or face a last-minute emergency?

Yes. Up to 3 matches per season are allowed where the seat is not released due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

When can I release my seat?

From the moment the club starts selling tickets for a match.

Normally, tickets are made available around two months before the match date, unless scheduling constraints prevent this.

Until when can I release my seat?

Up to 2 hours before kick-off.

However, releasing it several days in advance increases the chances of selling it and earning a credit.

How much money will I receive if I release my seat?

If your seat is released and sold, you will receive a percentage of the actual sale price.

The percentage depends on how early you released the seat:
‍
- 65% if released more than 7 days before the match.
- 50% if released between 7 days and 48 hours before the match.
- 35% if released within the last 48 hours before the match.

The accumulated balance will be deducted from the cost of your next season ticket if you renew, subject to the rules and limitations in the membership regulations.

I live far from Madrid and cannot attend several matches. Do these rules still apply?

Yes. The rules apply to all season ticket holders.

You must:
‍
- Use your season ticket in at least 10 matches.
- Release your seat whenever nobody will use it, except for up to 3 matches.

If you rarely attend, it may be more advantageous to remain a non-season-ticket club member and purchase discounted tickets only for the matches you wish to attend.

What happens if I do not release my seat when no one is going to use the season ticket?

If you fail to release your seat in more than 3 matches where nobody used the season ticket, you will not have complied with the rules and will not be able to renew your season ticket for the following season.

I released my seat but it was not sold. Am I breaking the rules?

No. Your obligation is simply to release the seat. Whether it is sold or not is the club’s responsibility.If it is old, you will receive the corresponding credit.

I attended more than 10 matches, but in more than 3 matches where nobody used my season ticket I did not release my seat.
Have I broken the rules?

Yes. Both obligations must be ful filled:

- The season ticket must be used in at least 10 matches.
- The seat must be released whenever no one uses the season ticket, except for up to 3 matches.

I attended fewer than 10 matches, but whenever I did not use my season ticket I released my seat. Have I broken the rules?

Yes. You have failed to meet the minimum-use requirement of 10 matches. If your season ticket will be used fewer than 10 times, it may be more suitable to remain a club member without a season ticket and buy tickets only for the matches you wish to attend.

I am a person with reduced mobility (PRM). Do the attendance and seat-release rules apply to me?

No. Season tickets for persons with reduced mobility and their designated companions are exempt from the minimum attendance requirement. However, if you cannot attend a match, the club encourages you to release your seat so that another Atlético supporter can enjoy the game.

I have a parking season pass. Do the minimum-use and release rules also apply?

No. At present, there is no minimum-use requirement for parking passes.

However, if you will not use your parking space, it is recommended that you lend it to another Atlético supporter or release it for sale.

If sold, you will receive:

- 65% of the sale price if released more than 7 days before the match.
- 50% if released between 7 days and 48 hours before the match.
- 35% if released within the final 48 hours before the match.

The resulting balance will be deducted from the price of your parking pass renewal for the following season, subject to the applicable regulations.

I want a family member or a friend, who was not a season ticket holder, to have a season ticket next to mine.
What do I need to do?

In order for a family member or friend to get a season ticket at the stadium they must be a member of the club first and register on our waiting list form.
Once a period for new season ticket registrations opens, and depending on seat availability, we will contact those registered by email. In case they do not find a seat next to you, you will be able to change seats at the same time to be seated together.

Do I need to have my photo in order to become a paid-up member?

Yes. All season ticket holders must have a photograph on file in order to activate their season ticket. The photo can be taken either in person at the Club's offices (for season ticket holders under the age of 14 who do not have a national ID card) or uploaded online through the My Account section of the Personal Area.

Does the membership subscription mean that I will have to pay more for being an Atleti season ticket holder?

No, not at all (except if you decide to upgrade to a higher category product or a higher paying seat). For season ticket holders at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, the membership fee will be split into two separate payments from the 2020/21 season onwards.

The payment of the membership subscription in November - December implies the renovation of your status as a member of the club, thereby conserving your seniority and enabling you to continue to enjoy the benefits and advantages. On the other hand, the season ticket subscription fee will be charged in the first days of June.

I can't make it to a match, what can I do?

Season ticket holder cards are transferable (except for junior tickets and wheelchair users (PMR)). Therefore, you may lend your season ticket to a family member or friend so they can enjoy the match, and you may also transfer your season ticket for that match to another person (subject to the limits and conditions established for this service).

You may also release your seat so that the club can sell it to another supporter and accumulate credit in your favor, which will be deducted from the price of your season ticket for the following season.

What are the conditions and benefits of releasing my seat for resale?

If you release your seat for resale and it is ultimately sold to another supporter, the income from the sale will be shared between you and the club. The earlier you release your seat, the higher the percentage you will receive:

If you release your seat 7 or more days before kick-off, you will receive 65% of the final sale price.
If you release your seat between 7 days and 48 hours before kick-off, you will receive 50% of the final sale price.
If you release your seat within the last 48 hours before kick-off, you will receive 35% of the final sale price.

Any credit you accumulate from the successful resale of your seat will be deducted from the cost of your season ticket for the following season. The total credit may not exceed 50% of the total price of your current season ticket, nor 50% of the total price of the season ticket you purchase for the following season.

You may release or reclaim your seat up to two hours before kick-off.

When is the accumulated amount from the resale of my seat deducted from my season ticket?

If you release your seat for resale during the season and it is successfully sold, the accumulated amount in your favor –within the limits established in the conditions of this service– will be deducted from the amount of the season ticket when on renewal for the following season at the time the season tickets are charged.

Is there a digital copy of my season ticket?

Yes, and to access it, you need to have the official Atlético de Madrid app downloaded on your mobile device.

Once inside the app, you will have direct access to My Account, which enables you to: display the QR code of your season ticket (football and parking, if applicable), update your personal information, and even transfer your seat to be resold.

In addition to the access with the physical card or via the Qr from the App, you can also digitally add the card to the Wallet app on iOS or Android for more convenient access to the stadium. Once you are at your entrance gate, you will only have to bring the 'Contactless' card close to the top of the turnstiles to gain access.

How can I apply for a season ticket for the disabled?

The disability season ticket is non-transferable and is exclusively for wheelchair users. To apply for the first time, it is essential to submit the relevant certificate of disability, which in any case must exceed sixty-five per cent (65%) of physical disability.

My child's age qualifies them for a Children's Season Ticket.
Can I modify the category of his/her season ticket and make it transferable?

Yes. To change the season ticket to a Transferable Child Season Ticket, please contact the club by email at socios@atleticodemadrid.com or by phone on 917 26 04 03.

Please note that this option is not available for child season ticket holders seated in the Family Stand once they no longer meet the eligibility requirements to remain in that section of the stadium.

With a Transferable Child Season Ticket, anyone may use the season ticket, making it easier to comply with the attendance and usage requirements for the 2026/27 season.

Can I swap my seat with someone else's?

Two season ticket holders can exchange their seats with each other by swapping seats, as long as both season ticket holders are in compliance with their payments. To arrange this, you will need to go to the club's offices with the following documents:

- An agreement between the two ticket holders of the seats to be swapped, either in person –with the presence of both of them– or with a season ticket swap document provided by the club, signed by both title holders.

- Photocopy of the ID cards.

Where can I go if I have an incidence with my season ticket in the stadium access?

To settle any incident with your access to the stadium, you should go to the è Atletico Helping Desk located in front of Gate 16.

To deal with the issue, it will be essential to submit the original ID card of the subscriber (or any other valid document that verifies the identity as holder of the subscription). If you are not the person in possession of the subscription, you must submit a signed authorisation with a photocopy of the holder's ID card.

Can my baby under 4 years old enter with me or do I have to get a ticket for him/her in addition to my season ticket?

Every attendee must have either a ticket or seasonticket. Thus, even infants and children, regardless of their age, must have a ticketor pass to be admitted to the match.

Alternatively, you can get your baby a children's (Junior) membership card*, which will give him/her free access to Atlético de Madrid matches at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, except in the Fondo Sur Grada Baja and Presidential Box.

* The Junior members must be connected to an adult member of the club. For the year 2026, Junior members are those born from 2022 onwards.

Can I release my parking season ticket for resale?

Yes. You can release your parking season ticket for resale so that the club can offer it for sale to another supporter.

If your parking season ticket is successfully sold, you will receive a percentage of the sale price based on when you released it:

If you release your parking season ticket 7 or more days before kick-off, you will receive 65% of the final sale price.
If you release your parking season ticket between 7 days and 48 hours before kick-off, you will receive 50% of the final sale price.
If you release your parking season ticket within the last 48 hours before kick-off, you will receive 35% of the final sale price.

The accumulated amount from the successful resale of your parking season ticket will be deducted from the cost of your parking season ticket for the following season. The total credit may not exceed 50% of the total price of your current parking season ticket or 50% of the total price of your parking season ticket for the following season.

You may release or reclaim your parking space (provided it has not been sold) up until 10:00 a.m. on the day of the match.

This service is not available to season ticket holders with a parking in the Vodafone Building Parking.

Is smoking allowed at the stadium?

No. In response to increasing demand from members and fans, and to protect the health of all spectators, our stadium is a smoke-free stadium, and smoking is prohibited inside the stadium, both in the stands and in hallways, galleries and any other areas.

However, there are outside balconies for smokers in certain areas and it is possible to go outside the stadium at certain times.

What is General Seating Plus?

The General Admission Plus section is located between rows 1 and 24 of Sector 105 in the stadium. A prime location that combines the atmosphere of the general seating area with exclusive services designed to enhance your experience at every match.

Those seated in this area will enjoy extra-comfortable padded seats, access to a private lounge with TV, private restrooms, exclusive furnishings, and a paid food bar. In addition, they will enjoy complimentary drinks per match (La Liga and Copa del Rey), available from gate opening until the end of the game.

What requirements must I meet to renew my football season ticket for the next season?

To be able to renew your season ticket for the following season, the following requirements must be met:

- Mandatory attendance at a minimum of 10 matches throughout the season. This requirement will apply equally to both “Laliga Season Ticket” and “Full Season Ticket” holders.

- If the season ticket holder is unable to attend a match, they must transfer their season ticket to a family member or friend, ensuring that they access the stadium so that attendance is properly recorded, or alternatively release their seat so that the club can make it available for sale to another supporter.

- The season ticket holder may not make use of their season ticket for a maximum of 3 matches during the season. A season ticket will be deemed not to have been used if the holder does not attend the match and does not vacate their seat so that the club can sell it to another supporter.

This requirement does not apply to PRM season ticket holders.
